Donald A. Eisner, Ph.D., J.D., is a licensed attorney and psychologist with law offices in Encino, Calif. He has been a visiting professor of forensic psychology at Alliant University where he taught courses on law and ethics in mental health and has also taught courses on forensic psychology assessment and psychopathology.
