About the Author

Doreen Rodo, MEd, RDN, LD, obtained her Bachelor of Science in dietetics from the States University of New York, College at Buffalo. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition education from Framingham State University. She recently earned a resume writing certificate with the National Resume Writing Association. This additional credential has helped her start a resume-writing business and allowed her to advance her work as a continuing education writer for healthcare professionals. In addition, she is a certified item writer. She has worked with different groups to complete test questions and expert reviews on various nutrition and health topics.
