Text-based courses can be read aloud to you right from your browser!

Edge: Right-click on any webpage with text > go to More tools > click Read aloud

You can customize voice speed and language.

Chrome: Right-click on any webpage with text > click Open in reading mode

You can customize the text and voice in many different ways.

Access My Account

  1. Login to your account (you can reset your password if needed).
  2. Hover your mouse over the My Account tab at the top right of the screen:

My Account will take you to your account dashboard where you can access your courses, license information, order history, and reset your password.

My Courses will take you into the learning dashboard where you can access current and completed courses.

My Courses

You can use the highlighted drop-down box to show only courses “in progress” or select “past” to view completed ones. You can also use the search box to type in the name of a course to find it faster. Click on the course image to open it.

My Professions will take you to Licensee Details where you can confirm or update your license information.

* Please verify your profession/license information before completing any courses. Certificates will display only what is provided before completion.

My Certificates will show all of your completed courses sorted by completion date (newest first). Click Download Certificate to open, download, and/or print your certificate (to printer or to PDF):

Complete a Course

Successful course completion involves passing an online test (80% required, three chances to take) and we ask that you also complete a brief course evaluation. Contact us with any questions – we are here to help!

Create an Account

Your account will be created when you make your first purchase with us. The checkout page will ask for your name, license information, email and mailing address, as well as billing information. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email to confirm your order and create a password. Then you’ll be able to Login and access your courses.
