Psychologists

Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners 
CE Required: 40 hours every 2 years 
Online CE Allowed: No limit 
License Expiration: DOB, even/odd license numbers renew even/odd years
National Accreditation Accepted: APA
Notes: 4 hours professional ethics required each renewal; 4 hours Domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, child abuse, or abuse of vulnerable adults. The topic of bullying satisfies the requirement for child abuse required each renewal

Arizona does not require dietitians or nutritionists to be licensed to work in the state. However, in order to become a Registered Dietitian, you must fulfill requirements of the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), the credentialing branch of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

Arizona's school psychologists are certified by the Arizona Department of Education. The Arizona Department of Education issues professional non-teaching certificates that are valid in school settings with students from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade.
