Montana continuing education (CE) requirements:
Montana Board of Psychologists
CE Required: 40 hours every 2 years
Online CE Allowed: No limit
License Expiration: 12/31
National Accreditation Accepeted: APA (if meets rule 240.189.2101); The board/staff will not preapprove continuing education programs or sponsors. Qualifying criteria for continuing education are specified in these rules. It is the responsibility of the licensee to select quality programs that contribute to his/her knowledge and competence which also meet these qualifications. Refer to rule 240.189.2101 for a list of acceptable activities.

National Accreditation Accepted: Licensees are responsible for selecting quality programs that focus on protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public and contribute to speech-language pathologists' and audiologists' professional knowledge and competence. Refer to rule 24.222.2102 for acceptable CE activities.
