FAQs
How do your courses work?
All course materials are delivered digitally. Upon successful checkout, customers receive instant access to their learning dashboard to download materials, complete tests, and print certificates. No physical shipping fees or handling times apply.
Successful completion involves passing an open-book online CE test (80% required, three chances to take) and we ask that you also complete a brief course evaluation. Then your certificate of completion is ready to print (or save).
Can course content be read aloud to me?
Yes! Text-based courses can be read aloud to you right from your browser! Here’s how:
- Microsoft Edge: Features a built-in Read Aloud tool (via the top address bar) that highlights text as it reads, with options for highly natural voices.
- Google Chrome: Includes a built-in Reading Mode with a listen feature, or you can tap the menu (three dots) on mobile and select “Listen to this page.”
- Safari: On iPhone/iPad, use “Listen to Page” in the address bar. On Mac, highlight text and use the macOS built-in Speech feature.
- Firefox: Offers a clutter-free Reader View that includes a built-in narrator.
If you want more customization (like selecting different voices or reading offline), you can use third-party extensions like the Read Aloud Extension in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.
Is the test open-book?
Yes, absolutely! All of our CE tests are multiple choice and flow in the order of the course content. We recommend printing the test to mark your answers on it while you read/watch/listen to the course materials. Then submit online when ready to receive credit. The online test allows you 3 chances to pass, with 80% required. If you don’t pass on the first try, the system will show you which answers you missed so you can make corrections and try again.
How long do I have to complete courses?
For everyone except SLPs, you’ll have 3 years from purchase date to complete courses. For SLPs, the ASHA expiration date is posted in the CE information on each course page.
How do I create an account?
Your account is created when you place your first order with us. The checkout page will ask for both your billing and professional license information. Then you will receive an email confirmation and be asked to set your account password.
Can I register if I don’t have a license number?
Yes, absolutely! Please choose the profession that matches and put “N/A” in the license field (or whatever you would like but it will appear on your certificate of completion). If your profession is not an available option, please select “Teaching” as this will provide a more general CE statement on your certificate of completion.
Do you report to CE Broker?
Yes, we report all course completions to CE Broker within 24 hours. We report multiple times per day, and on weekends, during peak renewal seasons.
Please ensure that your profile indicates the state that you are licensed in and includes the correct license number format (i.e., PY1234). You can verify this from your account dashboard.

You can reach CE Broker at 1-877-434-6323 if you have questions for them.
Do you report to ASHA? (SLP/As only)
Yes, we report to ASHA monthly as long as you check the box to “Submit Credit Hours to ASHA CE Registry” and provide your 8-digit ASHA account number under the Licensee Details of your account dashboard. The date that appears on ASHA transcripts is the last day of the month in which the course was completed.
ASHA does not accept requests that are over a year old. We highly encourage you to check your ASHA transcript within 90 days of your course completion to ensure that your credits have been posted. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect to see your courses posted with ASHA at the end of the month following your completion (i.e., if you complete a course on 10/2, you should see it on your ASHA transcript by the end of November).
If you do NOT check “Submit Credit Hours to ASHA CE Registry” and decide later that you would like your credits reported to ASHA, you will need to submit a Participant Appeal on the ASHA website.
You can reach ASHA at 1-800-498-2071 if you have questions for them.
Are there any sales or deals?
Yes! We’re currently offering a $20 instant rebate on orders > $100.
We also offer 50% off closeout courses that are scheduled for update or retirement.
How can I contact you?
We are one of the last providers with a phone number listed (1-800-979-9899) and we do our best to answer between 9a-9p EST, Monday through Friday. You can also send us a message from our Contact page or text us at 904-999-4977 (texting works best if you need to reach us after hours or on weekends or holidays).
Are your courses approved for me?
We are approved to offer courses to psychologists, school psychologists, counselors, social workers, MFTs, OTs, SLPs, and RDNs but each licensing board has their own rules and regulations. Click here to check your State CE Requirements.
